Hide the unapproved plugins from being used in a step

We would like the ability to hide or restrict unapproved plugins from being used in steps. Harness admins should have the capability to disable certain plugins to prevent their usage. For example, developers currently use Kaniko for building images, but we want to block this to ensure compliance with our internal policies.

Hey,
This can be done with using our OPA policies.

When creating a policies, you should be able to see a default policy for forbidden steps. it can be used to limit usage of steps , like the build and push steps that use Kaniko.
