We are seeing behavior in Harness where if the first release fails to install, Harness is automatically uninstalling the release which makes it difficult for us to debug and investigate the cause of failure. We'd like for there to be an option to not uninstall on failed releases or to remove this entirely. We already have Rollback functionality where we can decide whether or not we want to uninstall so having this in the Helm deploy step automatically uninstall our Helm Chart is not needed.
