Unlike K8s delegate, if a docker delegate goes down, there is no way for it to recover unless it is manually restarted. The workaround is to having a cron that constantly checks the response the delegate status api from the Harness manager and restart the delegate container if the status is disconnected, It would benefit if the delegate can try sending the heartbeat again and if in case of any failures, it should be restart
