In the GitOps Harness UI, there are cases when the Resource View extends beyond a normal monitor width. The way it is currently configured it makes the entire webpage scrollable left to right meaning if you have to scroll right to use top right menus and left to use the nav bar. I'd suggest making it so just the grid portion of the UI is scrollable and all menu related items are locked to respective corners.
