We have many applications onboarded to Harness GitOps ArgoCD Platform. However, we dont see an option to send the notifications of GitOps events mentioned below:

If we have these notifications as a feature, we can create a robust feedback loop that keep our team informed about successful deployments and immediately alerts to the critical failures or health issues, ensuring us to maintain the stability and integrity of applications.
