We'd like the ability to check this Fetch Helm Chart Metadata checkbox in the Service Manifest Advanced configuration by default. Ideally we would have an option for this in the Project/Org/Account Default Settings that will automatically check this for new Services so that we don't have to manually check this every time.

We've tried programmatically checking this through the API but, have ran into issues when doing this for Services stored in Git.
