We have a single pipeline that we execute 100's of times for different infra creation services. It is a CI pipeline.
If last 20 executions fails and If I want to look only prod execution infra I have to open each execution to identify what has failed. It would be nice to give an option to display some unique identifier in execution columns.

Shylaja Sundararajan: IMHO, If it requires a significant change, can it be possible for the tags of the pipeline can have expression and we can show the tags here?!
This way we can add some more info on service and artifat in the space above. it does have space for it.
As of now, the whole area is of no use to us.
