Summary

Currently, CCM does not provide a way to export the ignored recommendations list. Customers need this for monthly reporting and reconciliation.

Problem

Dashboard shows more ignored records than what’s visible in the UI.

No export option to retrieve ignored resources.

Customers cannot report on cost center, ignore comments, or cost per ignored resource.

Add an export/download option for the current ignore list including:

Resource details

Cost center (tag)

Ignore reason/comment

Associated cost

Clarify what the Dashboard ignored count represents vs the UI list.
