We are looking to support service account login capabilities through the SaaS platform. We would need one of two methods implemented for this.
  1. Enable dual authentication methods from "Authentication" in the account settings to allow us to set up LDAP provider, then allow users with valid service accounts to be invited and log into the SaaS platform.
  2. Enable API key generation from the API itself to allow users to generate API keys for a given service account added to the SaaS platform.
