The asterisk used to denote the default treatment if a feature flag is killed is causing confusion, as users frequently interpret it as the currently served treatment. We suggest removing or replacing this asterisk with a clearer indicator. Additionally, it would be very helpful to have a visible indicator within the main view that shows which treatment is actually being served per environment, without needing to click into each one.
