When building a targeting rule with attributes, there is always the implicit rule that if an attribute isn’t passed to the SDK, that it is treated by the rules as a null value. Customer would like to explicitly build attribute based targeting rules that reference if an attribute is or is not passed. There are ways round this but it would be nice to have an explicit exists check.
They're currently working around this by adding a channel attribute, but it's not ideal.
