It can be helpful for us to see and locate an execution's final status where some or all stages may have been skipped. We want to be able to identify these executions compared to the other existing waiting/aborted/failed/success exeuctions

We would like it if there were multiple stages selected and if one of the stage was skipped and other was successful and the overall status should be marked as partial success instead of fully success. This is because we can then review the skipped portions as necessary

If all stages were skipped, the overall pipeline execution status should not be success, but we should have an identifiable status that the pipeline has a unique status. Skipped may not be accurate, as the execution did occur, but a unique way of identifying this kind of execution should be a part of the possible statuses
