That is fair to say and yes that is the goal

When you say a specific entity, do you mean the ability to selectively retry failed ones in the components/resources ? Would it help to have a retry button for the entity marked "offline, failed" which will then dynamically run pipeline steps of only that resource and anything that depends on it?

Is it fair to say the key goal here is to save time on solving every failure (since overall retry also attempts only the failed steps but all failed steps)?
