Environment Management : Update the Chart tab to display an entity's status (online vs. offline) based on whether the deployment of
infrastructure and applications for that entity actually succeeded, rather than simply reflecting execution
runs that could have been a noop=true run.

noop=true is just a entity input specific we set specific to us as to whether we want to actually create the real infrastructure

Would you please share some more details around this one? In which scenarios do you usually have noop=true? Is this defined by end users or by those building the blueprint?
Today the entity (and environment) status is agnostic of what is in the pipeline and depends only on pipeline success to keep it flexible for any kind of environment being created and it's success criteria. Depending on your use case, we will look at if there's a way we can deepen on how the status is derived or if there's a possibility to enhance the pipeline to accommodate this
