Connectors referenced in Pipeline or InputSet YAMLs on non-default branches are not tracked in the Referenced Entities field. This makes it difficult to identify or trace referenced entities when they exist on a non-default branch.
Extend entity reference tracking to cover all branches of remote Pipelines and InputSets, including non-default branches.

This may be difficult to do since Harness has no control over the multiple branches created in the Git repo, and the contents of the YAML in these branches may be dramatically different from the default branch.
However, we can consider this for the long term roadmap as the design evolves.
