We would like the ff-python-server-sdk to support registering for lifecycle events such as READY, FAILED, and CHANGED, similar to the capabilities available in the ff-node-server-sdk.

We rely on these events to dynamically adjust runtime behavior—for example, changing log levels on the fly—without requiring a pod restart.
