We are requesting an enhancement within the Harness Platform to proactively identify which deployments and tasks are taking the most time without needing to wait for the Task‑ID to complete.

Currently, delays can only be understood after a task finishes and its Task‑ID metrics become available. This waiting period slows down triage and prevents early identification of long‑running steps or bottlenecks.

Our goal is to have a built‑in mechanism or dashboard that:

1.Surfaces deployment execution time in real‑time

2.Identifies slow‑running tasks before completion

3.Provides early visibility into which tasks or stages are contributing to prolonged runtimes

4.Eliminates reliance on post‑execution Task‑ID lookup
