We would like to have the ability to set the timeout durations for the "Manual Approval" step at the account level and org level so that teams cannot set the values beyond what the account/org has deemed fit.

Harness supports a maximum of 500 to 1000 concurrent running pipelines per account. Pipelines waiting for long durations for user inputs are blocking other pipelines from executing.
