Enable pod spec ephemeral storage for step group containerization

It appears that CI stages have some capability to allow for pod spec ephemeral storage to be configured. Unfortunately, we do not utilize CI stages. We would like to see this capability enabled for CD step group containerization to prevent storage building up or exceeding kube emptyDir storage limitations. Allowing us to configure ephemeral storage on the pod spec would be extremely helpful.

The Pod created by the Step Group inherits the default Kubernetes behavior:
Unbounded Usage: The emptyDir volume will use the node's root filesystem (ephemeral storage) without a specific quota.
Eviction Risk: If your steps write data exceeding the node's available allocatable storage, the kubelet will evict the Pod with The node was low on resource: ephemeral-storage.
Size Limit: Kubernetes allows an emptyDir.sizeLimit field, but Harness does not currently expose a property to set this value in the Step Group definition.
Adding a feature request for native support.
