Enable Kerberos Authentication for proxy Harness template image.

Based of this above document only user name and password auth is enabled for proxy.
JPMC would like to have Kerberos Auth enabled.

Business Impact: This will allow our Harness instance to have a secure proxy with on-prem cloud kubernetes deployment runtime. Our firm is moving away from legacy proxy and need Kerberos authentication.
