Email Notifications for Requesters on Approval/Rejection of Feature Flag Change Requests

Customer would like to see a dedicated notification flow to ensure the requester of a Feature Flag Change Request (CR) is automatically emailed once their request is approved or rejected.
Currently, while approvers are notified of pending requests, the original author often remains unaware of the outcome, leading to "surprises" when changes go live without their knowledge.
Implementing this alert will close the visibility gap and streamline the transition from approval to deployment.

Thanks for this feedback! We've implemented email notifications for change request submitters.
What's changed:
When a change request is approved or rejected, the
submitter now receives an email notification
with:- Who approved/rejected the request
- The change request title
- Any comments from the reviewer
- A link to view the change request details
This feature was deployed to production on April 29, 2026 and is now live for all customers.
Additionally
, all approvers on the change request also receive notification emails when a decision is made, ensuring everyone involved stays informed throughout the approval process. If you're not seeing these notifications, please check your email settings and spam folder, or reach out to support for assistance.
Thanks for helping us improve Harness Feature Management & Experimentation!
