Harness CI currently supports stage-level runtime overrides for the following Build Intelligence and Cache Intelligence storage settings:

Connector

Region

Bucket Name

However, the Endpoint URL remains fixed at the Account/Organization/Project default settings and cannot be overridden dynamically at the pipeline or stage level.

This creates a limitation for customers who need to dynamically direct Build Intelligence or Cache Intelligence traffic to different object storage endpoints based on their deployment environment.

Requested Enhancement: Extend the existing stage-level override capability to also support Endpoint URL as a runtime-configurable parameter, similar to the existing support for Connector, Region, and Bucket Name.
