We want to analyze release data and understand where what bottlenecks are on devops side of things.
  1. Track change progression across multiple environment and surface visibility on bottlenecks.
  2. View rollbacks and time taken to redeploy
  3. View which releases are taking more time - which services cause more rollback etc
