We can see that there is availability for Harness supporting UBI 8.8 https://developer.harness.io/docs/platform/delegates/manage-delegates/build-custom-images-delegate-dockerfile/#use-a-ubi-base-image

We will soon require a Delegate Image based on UBI9. We would like to request this and to have it on the Harness Roadmap
