Hello Sure Bandicoot, thank you for reaching out. You can leverage the "AWS Resource Breakdown" dashboard to filter the resource level cost changes.
You can also leverage Cloud Asset Governance to identify Transit Gateways with low/ high utilisation and create scheduled runs.
