It is not currently possible to get an organisation level overview of all currently executing pipelines. Specifically, this is needed when pipelines are experiencing "stuckness". This is necessary to assess impact of "pipelines getting stuck" occurrences.

This feature request is for a dashboard that allows filtering and visibility of pipelines in an organisation, such that investigating the number of "stuck" pipelines becomes possible.
