Create Private dashboard to view service status by enabling permissions to service teams for Dashboards to create, edit, and delete custom dashboards.
Also, to enable View permissions for Dashboards to view the custom dashboards.

Hi Nisha,
The team should have access to the out of the box 'Services Dashboard' as long there is correct dashboard viewer permissions associated with the user.
To create a custom dashboard, you can clone this dashboard and make required edits.
The permissions to the user can be managed via the settings > access control.
