Create Pipeline Groups in a Unified Pipeline

At this time, CDS supports stage groups, but if needing to string multiple stages together as a pipeline, the workaround is to create a child pipeline to be called underneath.
It would be great if the experience around creating stage groups can also be done in a pipeline group.
