We've been using FFs heavily - to segment customers who "defer" their releases. But without managing them well, and without visibility into their status. Things were missed.

We're starting a new release cycle that will require a more frequent, 'live' view of FF's release status (i.e.phases - released to STG (enterprise), released to STG (expedited), released to PROD, etc)

I think the rollout board can reflect this well - but I need different statuses. Not (pre-prod, internal testing, etc.)
