Our teams would like to see a Consistent Execution History View, no matter if they are entering from the CD module, the CI Module, or the unified view.
From our perspective, the Execution History is more related to human behavior and UX. Developers will run a pipeline and immediately go to Execution History. They will complain once they dont see the execution there.
Even if we train one set of developers to go to the unified view, new developers are onboarding to Harness all the time, and we will constantly get the same complaints as more and more people onboard.

We are working to improve this experience in the long run, it impacts all of the products that leverage pipeline. We are working on designs that do improve this UX.
