Customer would like to add custom attributes automatically to the attribute dictionary as they are encountered. They would only need the keys to be sent over / added and don't need those stored with any attachment to the users. The reasoning for this is that it is difficult to track which attributes are already added or not so auto-identification would help ensure they don't have human error or miss any attributes.
