You can publish artefact metadata available under the Artifact section of a pipeline execution. Unfortunately, only URLs are supported and truncated for S3 object links. There is no tooltip option when hovering over the URL(s) that are displayed which makes the user need to open all links or guess when wanting to review something. We are publishing test reports here along with logs (tarballs). It would be nicer if we could publish URLs plus the hyperlink text, and for the Artifact page to support that.

Also, we are using pre-signed URLs here, so the ability to decorate this section with some form of readme or informational text per pipeline would be useful to inform users of things like expiration and so on.
