We are looking to generate a report that provides visibility into Jira issues deployed to production, along with the associated feature flags and their states at the time of release (ON/OFF) and the targeting rules around it.

From a technical standpoint, the key requirement is the ability to retrieve feature flag details (state, targeting rules, and metadata) via API (Which we do already), along with any references that map those flags back to associated Jira issues (This is missing). This would significantly improve visibility and coordination between engineering and business stakeholders.
