When running the API calls for either APIs for Link Clusters or Unlink Clusters, there are equivalent parameters in each API for unlinkAllClusters and linkAllClusters.

The Link and Unlink cluster API calls have different API endpoints.

If you run the Link Clusters call and set unlinkAllClusters value to true the commands fails.
