While working in our sandbox account using the exact same Terraform configuration that we use for our primary account, we experienced some perplexing issues. As it turns out, we had forgotten to toggle a default account setting for the sandbox account.

It would be incredibly helpful to have the capability to configure all resources, including account settings, using the Terraform provider. This way, we wouldn't need to concern ourselves with these matters once they are encoded in the code.
