Allow selecting individual recommendations to apply or ignore reco's from Asset Governance rules

Right now, we can either mark the whole result as applied or ignored, but we can't for individual line items inside the recommendation. Either split each line item into an individual Recommendation, or allow us to mark an individual result inside the Recommendation as Applied or Ignore.

You can ignore individual entity in Recommendations, this is only Applicable for Governance based Recommendations as the rest of recommendations are resource based and can only be ignored by that Resource.
