Add support for notification logs

Hi Team,
We would like to have logging support to check whether a notification was send successfully or not for pipeline events, if there are any failures we would like to have it logged

Thank you for your request, Gainsboro Amphibian. We are adding this to our long term feature roadmap, since the exact mechanism of this is not finalized yet. It may be something like an audit log or a notification history that lists failed notifications.
