Deep link from notifications that opens the approval dialog for a waiting approval step

When a pipeline waits on a Harness Approval step, teams send Slack or email notifications with a link to the execution.

The link opens the execution page, and the approver then has to find the waiting step and click "Approve or Reject" before the approval dialog (comments, Approve, Reject) appears.

In large pipelines with many approvals and multiple approvers, that extra navigation slows approvals down.

Please provide a supported link or expression, usable in notification templates, that opens the approval dialog directly for the waiting step when the viewer is an eligible approver.

This would let teams build a one-click "Review and approve" experience from chat and email without building a custom integration.
