Add S3 Connector MOUNT Functionality

Currently the s3 connector has limited functionality. We only see options to upload data, or restore from cache. However there is no option to mount an s3 bucket to the container. Please add an option that will allow us to mount our s3 bucket to the container for seamless access to our data.
