Add option to disallow pipeline executor from approving IaCM Approval step

The IaCMApproval step in CI Pipelines allows for self approval with no documented or obvious way to disallow.
Could we add a functionality to reject/disallow the run as we have the same functionality in Harness approval step

Ok, right now we have the Native Harness approval step and IaCM approval step happening in parallel so the apply can't proceed without approval from another user if needed. Is that what you are mentioning?

Hey Garett, we also support the ability to add the Native Harness approval which has all the advanced capabilities (like disallow executor, Multiple Approvals etc.) - Happy to enable the Feature Flag if this would solve for the use case
