The OpenTofu and Terraform Versions showing in the dropdown of the IaCM Pipeline is not showing the latest version available.
OpenTofu offered by Harness : 1.10.2
Official OpenTofu offering : 1.10.6
Terraform offered by Harness: 1.5.7
Official Terraform offering : 1.13.2

Hey Able Penguin, we are rolling out support for 1.10.6 for OpenTofu (It will be available end of the month.
For Terraform, Versions greater than 1.5.7 are not supported because HashiCorp changed Terraform’s license from MPL 2.0 to the Business Source License (BSL) starting with Terraform 1.5.8. Due to this licensing change, Harness cannot distribute or provide support for Terraform versions beyond 1.5.7.
