In our Jenkins pipelines when we execute a docker build and push, we use JFrog pipeline commands so buildInfo is also pushed to Artifactory.

We would also like some built in steps to do other Artifactory requests, like promote images.

I had submitted an idea which has been partially implemented, but one key piece missing is the VCS data in the build info. This data is critical to our process. Please update the plugin to include this vital data, similar to the Jenkins plugin functionality.

Hi, in this ideas thread:
we discussed using a new feature to build steps to do other Artifactory requests, like promote images. we have tried this feature out but its not working as expected/we are not using it correctly. Would love support on this.
