Currently, Harness natively supports only two Environment Types: Production and PreProduction.

Environments such as Dev and UAT both get grouped under the PreProduction type.

Because they share the same underlying type, native Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) cannot distinguish between a Dev environment and a UAT environment natively based on environment type alone.

Please Introduce Dev (and potentially other standard tiers like QA / UAT) as native, first-class Environment Types within Harness, distinct from PreProduction.

Enable RBAC scoping and resource group rules to directly target Dev environments natively.
