Another draw-back is that custom secret managers are read-only, per the docs "Harness Custom Secret Manager is a read-only Secret Manager. It's not possible to create reference secrets."

That is currently how we are supporting it, but it's all custom code, so we have to maintain it, so it would be nice to just have it work OTB.
