Add Ability to Import Chaos Probes Inline While Adding to an Experiment

Minimum Caterpillar
Current Behavior:
At present, to use any chaos probe — whether a default Harness probe or a custom probe — in an experiment, the process requires two separate steps:
- First, navigate to the Probes section and import the probe.
- Then, go to the experiment and add the already-imported probe.
This two-step flow adds unnecessary friction, especially when setting up experiments quickly or working across multiple projects.
Requested Enhancement:
I would like the ability to import any chaos probe — default or custom — directly while adding it to an experiment, without having to navigate away to the Probes section first.
The ideal experience would be:
- While adding a probe to an experiment, provide an option such as "Import Probe" or "Add New Probe" inline.
- This would allow users to browse, select, or upload a probe on the spot and have it immediately attached to the experiment.
- The imported probe should also be saved to the probe library for future reuse.
Why This Matters:
This change would significantly improve the user experience by reducing context switching and streamlining the experiment setup workflow. Since even the default Harness probes require a separate import step before use, this friction affects all users — not just those working with custom probes. Making this inline would make the platform far more intuitive and efficient.
