Add a new notify event for "Approvals"

I would like to be able to configure a Notification Rule such that I can configure "Waiting Approval" and "Approval Given" (or something) as an optional pipeline events. In particular I'd like to receive these notifications through the Microsoft Teams integration though I'm assuming we can enable that for all of the notify integrations.

Please could we get integrations to show / alert of approvals that are required by pipelines / CCM tasks into the IDP

An important notification event missing is "pipeline waiting for approval". Also this event can include pipeline url in the notification message so the user who get notified can click and be directly taken to the pipeline. (basically <+pipeline.executionUrl>)
