Currently, looks like Harness retains work item history for up to 6 months and/or work items that haven't been updated in the last 6months are not presented.

However, our team requires access to historical data beyond this period to support long-term project analysis, reporting, and customer needs.

Long-term Analysis: we have bugs and features that may span multiple years, and we need to analyze work item trends, productivity metrics, and issue resolution times over extended periods. Accessing historical data beyond 6 months would enable better decision-making and insights into long-term project performance.

Priority: High
