We would like the ability to trigger pipelines/update policies or Resource Groups based on internal events. We have a scenario where we want to associate Delegates with a Resource Group based on Delegate tags. Ideally we would like to know when a Delegate first logs in and then automatically assign it to a specific Resource Group.

This could work for other events too and would help with managing the platform.

At the minute we are having to poll the API to check for any new Delegates and then assign to the relevant Resource Group which is far from ideal.
