Ability to show the pod that failed on a given execution if it's a container based execution.  This enables someone to troubleshoot via monitoring what happened for a given pod.

is there way to bubble up the POD names or IDs in the pipelines? currently we have no idea on the pod and do a reverse lookup on monitoring side

also the PODs disappear after failure so no way for us to tie a execution to a actual k8s pod
