Ability to set default Project and Issue Type for CCM Jira integration

It would be good to be able to set a default Project and Issue type when creating tickets from the CCM Recommendations. The Eternal Ticketing used by STO seems to already support this so not sure why other modules of the harness platform dont have the same option.

In Recommendations Settings under Ticketing Tool Mapping you can add Default Jira Projects based on CC/Business Mappings
